Behind every product you discover at Pando & Co lies a story. A story of passion, perseverance, sometimes doubt, but above all, resilience. Because, above all, Pando & Co is the culmination of an entrepreneurial dream, a dream I've carried within me since the age of 21.
I didn't have a business degree. I didn't have any accounting courses under my belt. I had no training in business management. Just a great deal of curiosity, a desire to build something with my hands, and an instinct that told me: go for it. That's how I became the owner of my first business at 21, without yet knowing everything that would entail.
Being an entrepreneur isn't just about having a good idea. It's about living with a dose of insecurity, waking up some mornings with doubts, going to bed some evenings exhausted, but with your head full of projects. It's about learning to juggle the unexpected, accepting failure as a lesson, and celebrating every small victory as another step toward something bigger.
It's also, and above all, about learning. Being self-taught means training yourself every day through conferences, mistakes, encounters, trials, and restarts. I learned to do my own calculations, create my products, manage my inventory, build a brand, talk to my customers, and believe in my ideas even when it was difficult. Everything I know today, I learned with my heart, experience, and a good dose of determination.
But this journey, as demanding as it may be, is deeply rewarding. Because over the years, I've seen my ideas become reality. I've seen my products find their place in the hearts of my customers. I've seen a company grow in my image, nourished by my values: nature, authenticity, well-being, and people above all.
Today, I can say that I wouldn't have wanted to do anything else. Being an entrepreneur is an adventure that fulfills me deeply. It's my driving force, my creative outlet, my space of freedom. And despite the challenges, the sometimes incalculable hours, the difficult decisions to make... I wouldn't change a thing.
Because every obstacle along the way has allowed me to surpass myself. And every success, big or small, reminds me why I chose this path. Thank you for being part of this adventure.
Thank you for believing in Pando & Co.
-See you soon, Vicky
